Ten years ago tomorrow I completed a life defining journey when I sold my company after building it over a period of 25 years. From the start, I was clear in my vision of one day having an exit. This allowed me to keep my decisions in alignment with the end in mind.
Being an entrepreneur is a roller coaster, and an exhiliarating ride. It can also be lonely. But...as Harry Truman once said, "The buck stops here".
